The Soave Classico is a white wine, produced in the hillside areas of Soave and Monteforte d’Alpone in the Verona province. It is a yellowish wine with a occasional tendency to be green. The dry and a slightly bitter flavour of the whine goes well with the intense but also delicate scent.

This kind of wine is perfect with the cooking and the products of the local territory, because it is able to enhance better their scents and flavours. The Soave Classico is quite versatile and we recommend it as wine pairing to our Sarde in Saour (sardines with onions) and to our fish soup. It also matches well with lasagne and tagliolini, a kind of pasta, which are dishes that must be included in our menu of the Italian tradition. Take a look at our menu!
